Love the smell and how it leather up

The product is great! HOWEVER, This is the third time that arrives damaged. In two occasions, the content of the hand wash spilled all over the package. It damaged the other contents in the box. I know you do not have a control of how the shipping provider handles the packages, but perhaps, this and other liquids, could be wrapped in additional plastic.
