Helps me with my muscle pain

I overexerted my right shoulder and neck from working out and doing yard work earlier this week. I was in pain and could barely raise my right arm. I used this today. The pain went away in 20 minutes and I regained mobility in my arm after a second application. It took about two hours to recover. I'm going to to keep applying it. It's a great product that worked faster than alternating between hot and cold baths. Definitely a plus for post-workouts or strenuous activities.
